• This is a stay-to-play tournament, so your teams will need to book your rooms through our travel provider.
• Room Blocks – Room blocks are defined as groups that need more than 10 rooms. Any room requests for more than 10 rooms will need to complete our online block request form to identify hotel options and set up a block of rooms. You should anticipate receiving a response within 48 business hours.

Tournament Policies / Insurance Details:

Refund Policy: Tournament registration fees are non-refundable. However, teams who purchase Event Cancellation Team Coverage from ViCoverage, powered by Vertical Insure, may be eligible for refund up to a 100% if the event is canceled or shortened due to unsafe playing conditions caused by weather.

Refunds are determined based on games played versus games guaranteed and are paid directly to the team through Vertical Insure.

How it works:

• If your team registered for a 3-game minimum tournament and only 1 game was played before weather made fields unplayable, you will be refunded for the 2 games you did not play.
• If the tournament is canceled in full before any games begin, covered teams will be eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee.

Affordable Protection at Just 10% of the Entry Fee. Adding Event Cancellation Team Coverage to your registration is a smart choice for safeguarding against the unexpected. Don’t let the possibility of weather-related cancellations disrupt your team’s plans or financial commitments.

Event Cancellation Insurance can be purchased up to 15 days prior to the start of the event.

Entry Fee Example:

• Team Registration fee is $900
• Insurance will cost $90 (10%)
• Event Fully Canceled due to weather: Your team receives a $900 refund from VI Coverage, powered by Vertical Insure.
• Event Canceled due to weather, and you only received 2 games: Your team receives a $300 refund from VI Coverage, powered by Vertical Insure.
