
Jacob Sanders
LouCity/Racing Oldham Director
With more than seven years of coaching experience, Sanders began coaching with LouCity and Racing Academy in 2023. Before that, he earned his Sports Administration degree from the University of Louisville. He currently holds his USSF C License, along with his England FA Introduction to Talent Identification and Hudl Introduction to Football Analytics certifications.

Sam Newton
LouCity/Racing Oldham
A University of Louisville student and duPont Manual High School graduate, Samuel brings years of club playing experience from youth to college. He has been with Oldham since 2024 and has coached multiple high school-aged teams to division championships by encouraging confidence in every player. He also currently serves as a Site Coordinator for Louisville City and Racing Academy Juniors camp programs, helping provide quality experiences for youth players from elementary to high school levels.

Martin Craig
LouCity/Racing Oldham
Originally from Dundee, Scotland, Martin developed his passion for soccer at an early age and has played club soccer throughout his life. After playing, Martin began his coaching career with Dundee United Football Club as a Community/Academy Coach.
Martin came to the United States to coach summer camps and club soccer with Cincinnati United Premier.
After becoming a United States citizen, Martin relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, where he has served as Assistant Director of Coaching for the past eight years with LSA. Martin holds two coaching licenses from the Scottish FA coaching pathway, as well as the U.S. Soccer Federation D License, and ready to continue to obtain more.

Emily Rodgers
LouCity/Racing Oldham
Originally from Newcastle, England, Emily developed a passion for soccer at an early age, playing club soccer throughout her youth. After attending college in the UK and spending time traveling across Europe and the United States, she made Kentucky her home.
Emily joined Racing in 2022 and quickly discovered a passion for coaching the next generation of players. She is committed to creating a positive, challenging, and supportive environment where young athletes can grow both on and off the field. Emily believes in developing confident, resilient players while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love for the beautiful game.
