A standout athlete from Santiago, Chile, Sebastian rekindled his passion for soccer in 2016 and began coaching at the grassroots level. He now serves as an Assistant Director for the Shelby branch and holds a B License from the U.S. Soccer Federation. His diverse, cross-disciplinary background and extensive experience working with youth and in high-performance environments give him a unique ability to drive improvement both on and off the pitch.
